I’m just over the moon with the work that Earthcraft did at our home.
Neighbors are stopping by, passing cars slow down and yell out the window, “looks great!” and even the Indigo bus driver stopped and opened the door and said, “your yard looks fantastic… I drove by and gave the guys working on it that day a big thumbs up!”
The pre-meetings were informative and really gave us an honest expectation of what would happen. I was never in the dark about what, when or cost, and I was really, really impressed when Seth came the day the work got rained out because he knew I had made plans to be home for the beginning of the job. We walked the property together, he took notes, and it was EXACTLY as promised.
I had an appointment after work the day that the work was done, and I kept quizzing my husband during the drive, “what do you mean, they finished in a day? Even the trimming? Even the little bed in the back?” and he kept assuring me it was all done! I almost cried when I got home, I was so overwhelmed and happy. I just sat on my front porch and waited for neighbors to come by and admire our beautiful landscaping.
Not only was everything done exactly as promised, there wasn’t even a stray blade of grass in the yard or a clump of dirt on the sidewalk — the cleanup was amazing, and I know you all took a LOT of things away, including two huge holly berry bushes. I’ve been recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you for the excellent work. It’s clear you really care about doing quality work and making the places you touch just beautiful.
