Even when we had an area wash out with an incredible amount of rain from a storm, they immediately responded to return and rework the area to avoid such issues in the future. “After 20+ years, the landscaping around our house needed an upgrade. EarthCraft came and looked at what we had, listened to what we wanted, and presented us with options. From the owners to the designer to the crew who did the removal and installation -- everyone was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and took time to listen and answer questions. The design looked great on paper and even better after it was installed. The crew did an amazing job of removing the old and hauling it away for us. Then they brought all the new in. Every time they went the extra step and when done, made sure everything was cleaned up and to our liking. I never saw them take a break yet they always had time for questions.
